Sounds great. So many moms are seeking remedies for nausea and vomiting that often coinsides with the first 4 to 16 weeks of pregnancy that a drug that is "safe" is good news. Or is it? The article also states that " Metoclopramide, which works by speeding emptying of the stomach and reducing heartburn, can have side effects, including sedation, insomnia, depression and anxiety."
